Process Navigation

The planning of a research project is complex and involves many steps to move from idea to implementation and dissemination. It is important to start this process as early as possible to prevent challenges from occurring.

CTSI expertise touches the various areas of the research process and can serve as the hub that connects you to resources needed for your project, helping you to navigate your way through the complex MSU maze of financial, regulatory, and legal requirements of clinical research and clinical trial research.

Areas include:

  • Mobilization and connection to resources
  • Working with internal and external service providers (i.e., MSU HCI pharmacy, Sparrow Hospital, etc.)
  • Coordination with central departments (i.e., IRB, HRPP Compliance Office, OSP, Business CONNECT, EHS, MSU Technologies, etc.)

Please contact us when you have a question or need assistance with navigating clinical research or clinical trial processes at MSU.
